Seminar Topic

This seminar will provide an overview of modern approaches to cell health assessment and advanced in vitro analysis in both 2D and 3D culture systems. The program will begin with an introduction to cell health assays and their applications in biologically relevant models, followed by a discussion of current methods for uncovering metabolic changes in cancer cells. Additional attention will be given to label free cell monitoring technologies, highlighting their value for real time and non invasive analysis. The seminar will also present the possibilities of high content imaging for detailed cellular characterization. The event will conclude with final thoughts and an open discussion, offering participants the opportunity to reflect on the presented technologies and their potential use in everyday research.

The seminar is open to all interested participants, regardless of their field or age, and is also suitable for university students. Due to capacity and organizational reasons, registration is required. The entire seminar will be conducted in English.

	Mgr. Lukáš Išler (East Port) Lukáš Išler is an Application Specialist at our company, focusing on identifying optimal solutions for laboratories in the field of molecular and cellular biology while providing expert support to customers. In addition to on-site visits, you may also meet him at seminars and “mini seminars,” where he presents as the main speaker.
	Dr. Kerem Yildirim (Promega) Dr. Kerem Yıldırım provides scientific expertise and supports the implementation of Promega’s innovative solutions and technologies, tailored to the specific goals of each customer’s research. His mission is to empower scientists with the right tools and resources to accelerate their discoveries and achieve impactful outcomes.
	Sylvia de Bruin (Molecular Devices) Sylvia de Bruin is an Applications Scientist at Molecular Devices with expertise in high content imaging, cell based assays, and image analysis for life science research and drug discovery. Her work focuses on advanced cellular workflows, including high content screening and 3D cell culture applications.
