Guidance to the sustainable bacterial endotoxin testing, practical introduction to the recombinant Factor C assay and Lonza solution for Pyrogen Testing
East Port would like to invite you to a half-day seminar/workshop dedicated to bacterial endotoxins and pyrogens detection under the guidance of Lonza specialists, Dr. Ingo Ciolkowski and Jessica Marquardt. We will start with a summary of the importance of endotoxin testing and the types of tests, while focusing on the use of recombinant factor C assay. You will then have the opportunity to see a hands-on demonstration of PyroGeneTM Recombinant Factor C Endpoint Fluorescent Assay, which is part of the European Pharmacopoeia And is being implemented in the Czech Pharmacopoeia. After a refreshment break, we will introduce MAT test for the detection of pyrogens and at the end we will evaluate the results of the test with PyroGene assay.

For whom the event is intended
The whole event is intended for all those who are already actively testing or would like to start testing for endotoxins, pyrogens or MAT tests. The seminar/workshop will be held in English and registration is required for participation. The whole event is free of charge for all participants.
