East Port zve na seminář: Explore New Tools for Studying Protein Biology and Cellular Responses
Come and learn more about exciting new tools and applications based on the NanoLuc® Technology such as NanoBRET, NanoBiT and HiBiT. NanoLuc® is a versatile small and ultra-sensitive luciferase enabling you to perform reporter assays at physiologically relevant expression levels on challenging topics such as protein interactions. Join this seminar in order to familiarize with luciferase reporter assays in general and to learn about the advancements of the 2nd generation reporter technology based on NanoLuc®. Gain exciting insights into Promega’s upcoming HiBiT protein tag system – an ideal companion for CRISPR-mediated tagging of proteins at the endogenous level. The seminar will cover the following applications of luciferase reporters:
- HiBiT protein tagging system
- Autophagy LC3 HiBiT Reporter Assay
- NanoBiT PPI
- RealTime-Glo Annexin V Apoptosis and Necrosis Assay
- NanoBRET PPI
- NanoBRET TE
- NanoBRET sensors
The seminar is free of charge, but we require registration of each participant:
Registration, 10.10.2018 Hradec Králové, Faculty of Medicine
